Awful service and way to pricey for what they do to your hair. Asked them to angle and layer my daughters hair. The lady was very rude with her body actions when telling her how I wanted it and also left so much loose hair after done. Will never go here again for any hair cuts.
Had a horrible experience with ALYSSA and REYNA today. They both were unprofessional and didn’t seem confident in their work capabilities. I’ve been going to Super Cuts for over 10 years and I have never received such poor service! I hope management reaches out to these two employees and rectified their ethics. Maybe reiterate on what skills are needed to cut hair and what level of customer service is needed based on what the company’s policy and procedures require to ensure no other customers experience this.
Reyna the stylist was awesome!
Very easy to set an appointment by phone and have taken necessary measures to provide a very sanitary environment
