I was charged $15 for a 5 minute cut where hardly any hair was removed. When I told the lady I wanted it a certain way, she said it would not look good. I should not have listened, but she should done what I asked.
Manager Shelly buzzed my husband's shoulder length hair off when asked to trim off 2 and a half inches. She started in the top middle of his head where there is no way to salvage the cut. If you are already overworked as we were told by the regional manager you shouldnt offer to help out at another location.
