The photo says enough. The lady who cut my hair tried to gaslight me that it’s “long layers”. The hair is literally cut at two different lengths. The other said says yeah it’s botched. I asked for refund and they refused saying “the owner says we don’t do refunds.” And they can “do redos”. How is a paying customer supposed to trust that they can redo it and make it better after this is the service that they provided?
Karli gave me the most fantastic wash and massage. Thank you Karli
Everyone was very nice and helpful got great haircuts .
Great experience as always! Friendly and thorough.
