The lady who cut my 59 yr old brother's hair did not listen to how he wanted it cut. He just wanted it cut shoulder length and she gave him a butch...He asked her what she was doing? He did tell her this is not what he wanted, among other things. She used an excuse, that does not make any sense at all. Walked in asked if the accepted walkins.... girl replied yes it would be about a 10 - 15 min wait I said ok.. I asked her to sign in the person I had in the car.. due to her vision being impaired and it was hot out. There were 3 ladies cutting hair an one gentleman waiting.. 30 mins later after 2 people who walked in after us got there hair cut, I asked the lady if she was ready for her and she said .. oh I'm leaving.
