I told my stylist EXACTLY what I wanted. Basically just a clean up. I even stopped her twice during the cut to ask her what she was doing. She totally ruined the style I've had for a very long time and basically joked about it. When I asked her what she was doing to do to fix it she told me she can't fix it. I am HEARTBROKEN and DEVISTATED. A person's hairstyle is so important and she ruined it!!!
