The customer service is worst. I visited them today at around 11:00am and was told that to check around 12:00 noon for a spot. I was put behind 3 person. I came back around around 11:53 am and the barber told me that I am still on waiting and behind 3 people. Where as I see there are 3 new customers. When I asked how can I be behind 3 customers, she told me that she did not checked me in the computer. I am so disappointed to know that.
