I am very upset at how we were treated by staff today. We used to go to Kristina but just walked in today. They took us right away and our stylist for my 3 year old son was nice. There was another employee who practically yelled at me twice for where I was standing. She was very unprofessional and rude. I also heard a staff member complain about how many Check in online appointments they had and she “really wishes the app crashes. No I’m serious”. We will not be returning.
We took my 8 month old son for his first haircut. I was beyond satisfied with the service. The stylist was very patient and friendly. She even gave us a first haircut certificate which includes a little bag to keep some of his hair in. Keep up the good work ladies!
The girls who work here are not very friendly or professional. Sloppy job
sitting there for 15min then you take someone who just walks in!! I'll never step foot in this business again..

Walked in with my teenager, he got an excellent haircut and a good conversation with Josie.
They're literally about making people look their worst! The girls do what "they want" to do to your hair and take no consideration into what the client is asking for!! I'm furious, I'm definitely asking for a refund to get my hair recut elsewhere!!! DO NOT GO THERE!
Wonderful group of hard working stylists. Caring and do fantastic job trying to please all.
