Very nice cut but 25 minute wait despite appt .
I had a great haircut experience today. The stylist who cut my hair was fantastic! She was friendly, skilled, and made sure I left happy with the result. However, the only downside was the clear shortage of help. The store was busy, and there was no receptionist available to answer the phone. The stylists had to stop what they were doing to answer constant calls, which disrupted the flow and doesn’t seem fair to them or the customers. From a customer’s perspective, this isn’t ideal.
