This salon does not honor online check-in times. I have had to wait multiple times up to 40 minutes past my check-in time to be seen. There is ZERO communication about this from any of the stylists in the shop. It’s one thing to be told that they are behind schedule and what the estimated wait will be. However, all they ever say is that “someone will be with you in a few minutes.” 40 minutes is not a few minutes. This is extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. Angie's scissor cut not only pampered my scalp with just enough nail, but also left my hair looking sharp for my trip to New York. ***Personal conversation without TMI***, hard to find these days but she made me feel comfortable. The "sponge bath" my neck, face and shoulders experienced sent me out the door with a spa treatment feeling. See you in three weeks!
the stylist was there took us in right away but she had an attitude towards my daughter hope she had a better day
I have had my kids hair cut here off and on for years. We had a couple bad cuts but would try again if we saw it was a different person working. I was very specific about not wanting a line straight across their forehead, they cut it shorter than I wanted and still cut it how I asked them not to.
