I'll never come back to this place. I don't think they know how to cut hair. I hate what she did to my hair!!! I hate it!!! Never again !!!
Worst customer service – Went to this salon because it is very close to where I live. When I walked into the shop, an asian man greeted (or didn't even talk) to me and took my name on a paper and went away without saying anything. Then after a while a stylist came out and called my name. She asked in a muffled voice what I want. Then she didn't even utter a word for the next 5 mins and said that the haircut was over. Didn't even care to ask if I liked it or not. Pros: Not so costly Cons: Everything else
Stylist didn't listen to anything I said – My experience was less than stellar, to say the least. I understand the concept of "you get what you pay for" but blatantly not listening to a client is outrageous. I came in for (verbatim) "a little, tiny trim on the ends and to get long bangs cut" An Asian stylist (can't remember first name--last name Nyguen--or something close to it) was going to cut my hair.
