The NEW manager needs some customer care training and certain employees need to do their job properly, like signing people into the system when they call!!!
I had a very negative experience and was told I would receive a call today to talk any it and have yet to. I was being quoted prices that kept rising and was told in effect that my "kind of hair" was harder too do and therefore more expensive. My Caucasian mother, who normally goes here, said she will NOT be returning.
