Stylist (Thuy) was not friendly at all, literally spent only 7 minutes to trim/cut my hair. This was after I had a seat and waited only a couple of minutes for a stylist. Thuy had come in from outside & walked in as if she was rushed, in a hurry and irritated. I immediately got the feeling I had just possibly interrupted her break, she asked if she could help me, I told her yes I just needed a trim, she told me to come back. I’ve gone here for years and after today would never recommend this place. The moment I walked in the hair dresser (Thuy) was extremely unprofessional, spent a solid 2 minutes to cut my hair and acted like I was an annoyance rather than a customer. This isn’t the first run haircut she’s been rude to me on. Definitely will not be returning. Terrible haircut and even worse customer service!

Took my son in for a haircut today, got a lackluster greeting followed by the hairdresser (Bobbie) being completely rude to me when I was trying to explain what I wanted her to do with his hair, they did not shampoo him even though I asked for that and he really wanted that it. I will never be back again, this store would benefit from someone coming in and doing customer service training

I just drove there with my 10 year old and my 94 year old grandma. My son had just washed his hair and wanted a quick trim. They were open til 5, we got there at 4:46. When we got to the front door, someone walked to the other side and, right in front of our faces, turned the open sign over to say closed. No words, no nothing... I couldn't believe it. I usually try and give positive feedback...but that was rude. Very rude

Trusting place to get a hair cut they listen and understand Iv never had a butchered cut cameron also loved getting his hair cut to very gentle with kids!

I took my son to get his haircut on Indian Trail and I was very disappointed I paid $15 for crappy haircut they didn't even do a good job my son wanted to Flat Top ended up with a shaved head and everything is crooked. She was rude and I would never take any of my children there again. Its sad when my son is getting teased at school because the lady who did his hair messed it up so badly I even pointed it out and she told me she is the professional. Yea OK
