Went in on Thursday the 26th, walked in and the women behind the counter was nice enough. Asked want I needed and I said a wash and cut, she asked my name and said it would be a few minutes. So I sat down to wait, I remember that I also wanted my brows wax but the gal I had talked to had left for the day. So when the other woman called my name, I asked if it was too late to add the wax. Probably one of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten. I was very specific with the hairdresser as to what to do and what not to do. She went to town on my hair with buzz clippers and of course, my back was to the mirror the whole time. She had asked me about my bangs. I had specifically said if she could just even them up. I have maybe three quarters of an inch of bangs left. She probably took off an inch and a half.
