Poor service, long wait and won't return I had visited this supercuts in the past with ok experience by one paticular lady who no longer works in this store so we tried a different lady. On both later visits we got bad service. One lady cut more then I asked from my daughters hair, the other lady ruined my hair. The lady who cut my hair talked the entire time she was cutting my hair and did NOT cut it how I requested. Ok for kids There seems to be a general rush to wisk customers in and out as quickly as possible. I wouldn't go to any of these chains for my own hair, as it usually ends up disastrous, but I do take the kids in there for a quick cut. Usually friendly customer service.
