I asked hairdresser to trim my 9 year old son’s hair and she cut off all of his 2+ inches of beautiful curls. I had turned around to play with my daughter and when I looked back, it was all gone. I was specific in my request and when I complained, she did not acknowledge she made a mistake. My son was very upset that he had grown his hair for a whole year only to lose it all.
