My worst hair cut ever – I went hoping for an inexpensive simple haircut that I could do last minute before Thanksgiving. The atmosphere is messy and rushed with no sense of care or attention to the hair cut. I recieved a woman who barely said two words to me and was so rough with my long hair that I was in pain, ripping the comb and her fingers through it. I wanted simple long layers.
