I called to make an appointment for a cut and highlight for Saturday, earlier in the week but was told I had to call on Saturday when they open at 9:00 A.M.. Called today at 9:00 A.M. and was told they were booked up for the day, they have been taking calls since 8:00 A.M. and I should have book a week in advance for color. Employees need to get on the same page. Won’t be returning

Will never go back..she rushed through cutting my hair and it came out soo uneven that afterwards I had to go to someone else for it to be fixed

I haven't been there yet & I was hoping to find some reviews about it . I'm very nervous about having anybody touch my hair again after what happened to me years ago with Mr. Louis . He used to do a great job until he made an unwanted advance at my then husband , and when he was refused , he took it out on MY hair the very next appointment >:( I was disgusted , angered , humiliated , crying ... you name the feeling & I had it .
