I had an appointment and I was on time there, but I had to sit and wait for about one hour because 2 people were before me without appointments! After all she disappeared in the bathroom again and I had to wait until she came back and immediately started to cut my hair without making them wet or washing them with an electric hair cutters for men!!! I just got a hair cut at supercuts today and it was great. the Person who cut my hair was friendly and her work was excellent. I will certainly go back and recommend her work to all.

Arrived 1/2 hr. early, before appt. time with 0 wait time showing on the website. Had to wait 1 1/2 hrs. AFTER appointment time. Then, over 1/2 hr. for a regular 15 min. haircut. He put some kind of gel on my hair when done - without asking. And in 30 years never had it before. After using this location for 10 years - I'm done.
