Haircut turned out to be fine. The computer system was down (second day apparently) so checking in customers was a mess and they could only take cash.
Stylist great, wait times awful
The last three times I’ve used the website to pick a check in time I did not get my hair cut until at least an hour after the check-in time. Today was an hour and 15 minutes. The only reason why I waited is because Savannah is awesome. However, sadly, I probably won’t be coming back. I have been coming to this location for 10 years and just recently it has become unbearable. You guys give check-in times every five minutes where there’s only two people working.
