The first photo is a before (most recent photo I have showing the length of my hair taken In March) and the second is an after (taken the day after my appointment). I went in to see Jade for a trim as I had some long layers that had grown out a bit and some dead ends that needed to be cleaned up. RecommendedI went in to get my hair cut before attending a family wedding next Saturday in NC. I asked for a #3 fade and the "stylist" Quay, using that term loosely, took the sides up correctly then started on the back. At which point she took the clippers straight up and over the top of my head. She apparently thinks that a #3 fade is synonymous for a buzz cut. I left mad and on the verge of tears. After having been a customer at this location for about 5 years I'll never go back there.
My son was serviced by Stephanie, who did an awesome job. I gave this location only 4 stars because of our interaction with the manager, Kim. She addressed salon issues with Stephanie in front of clients. She was loud and very rude, insisting that she take a lunch break before finishing her clients that waited. MY HAIR WAS REALLY DAMAGED LOOKING WHEN I CAME IN. LOOKED A COMPLETE MESS. I WAS NEVOUS AT FIRST BUT BUT MELISSA DID HER THING!!!!! IM SO IN LOVE WITH MY HAIR RIGHT NOW AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MELISSA THANKS SO MUCH

I went in for a trim she cut my hair to short ,when I told her not to take to much off. my hand is where my hair was. don't let Stephanie trim your hair she will cut it off. she does what she wants to your hair not what you tell her to do. they don't care about there guest. they don't care what you want they just chop off your hair and take your money.
