I like this place the hair stylists are nice and they do a good job 99% of the time
I waited a few weeks to post review as i was hoping it was just shock...worst haircut i have ever gotten. The girl didnt give me a mirror for me to see the back, was so uneven on the sides i needed a second haircut later that day. I have never had this short of hair and was looking forward to something new- i hate it. Super Cuts girl ruined my hair for a few months. I will NEVER reccomend this "salon". I dont think she smiled once or acted like she cared at all about her job. Horrible experience from start to finish.
Hair cut was GREAT... love the style that was recommended to fix my damaged hair.. but they ran my card at the end and said they forgot to enter the tip so they ran it again.. saying it wasn't in the system anymore. Well checking my bank account it was taken out the first time and so I was charged 2 times and now have 2 overdraft fees because of it... I'm pretty upset by this... The stylists here are very skillful and courteous. Depending on the time of day, there may be a bit of a wait, but it's rarely been more than 15 minutes in my experience.
I put my name in to get a haircut at 1:30pm. I arrived when my phone read 1:28, yet I wasn't called back to receive my haircut until 1:45. While this wasn't a huge deal since I had no place to be, it is, however, not good service to keep a customer waiting 15 minutes for service they expected to receive right away.
