My wife is still trying to understand why she received such disrespectful service during our son’s appointment on 6/18 at 5:20 PM with Patty. Upon arrival, they were told they would need to wait while the stylist finished a blowout resulting in a 30 minute delay with no apology or acknowledgment. During the haircut, Patty did not speak to our 9 yr old son or make any effort to help him feel comfortable.
