Worst experience of my life... They raised their prices but still advertise lower price...Rude awakening when you go to pay. To make matters worse, Winn Dixie (In the same parking lot) has coupons for Supercuts but they do not accept the coupons.
Okay, I went in Saturday I had the worst experience all at the pleasure of one stylist. She I requested a Mohawk. I am in my 50’s. She even smiled when I told her this is not what I wanted. She was not remorseful at all. The manager even said that it was messed up and she could not or did not even correct it. Yesterday, was Sunday I felt to ashamed to walk to go anywhere. Been here a few times with great results untill this past time. Can't remember who did my hair but they did a horrific job. My hair naturally goes to the side, cut it so short it looks like my hair line is recessed. The sides of my head next to my ears are just embarrassing. one side is roughly an inch more squared than the other one. looks like a curve more than a square. She was very rough with the buzzer.
