I told bro to give me a fade n he gave me a buzz, Asian dude and he barely knew any English, he couldn’t understand when I told him to use a 5 guard and used no guard on me, had to repeat my name 8 TIMES to get him to know what time my appointment was and who was it for and he did a terrible job.
Stylist was pleasant in conversation and was on-time for my appointment. Unfortunately, she did not listen to my very specific instructions for how I'd like my hair cut. I asked for an ear-lengh shaggy bob with a lot of layers and recieved a shorter-than-earlobe length VERY blunt bob with zero layers. The layers instructions were given to her multiple times, but my hair was so thoroughly wet that when she asked if i liked the cut I had no way of knowing how the final product would look.
