After multiple visits to this salon I will never go back after my last experience. I think the gal that did my cut may have had special needs. So it was super awkward when she destroyed my cut. I so didn't want to hurt her feelings or be responsible for her losing her job. Did try to reach out to management for a private conversation but manager only there on Monday's and Friday's. Maybe that's the problem. I used to have 3 layers, now I have 50 =(

Told it would be 17 min wait, 30 minutes later I asked on the wait time, woman said another 25 minutes. She looked very pleased with herself when I left ticked off. I will never bring my kids here again and have already started telling my friends about the terrible service.
