I've been getting my hair cut at this location for quite a few years. and the very first time I returned the next day not totally satisfied with the cut I got the day before I'm asked if I had an appointment. then I was told it would be a hour wait. there was one customer in the chair, no one waiting. I told the person working I just needed a touch up. customer service is everything. pretty much done with this place.
