Kayla in Troutdale cut my hair. I clearly said "I like my length. I don't want anything exciting, just the ends trimmed" and she cut 7 inches off. I was in shock. My daughter was in shock. Kayla apologized and took $3.00 off my cut. I don't think she even listened to me when she asked what I wanted. My hair wasn't cut straight either. I had to pay to get it fixed the next day at Columbia Gorge Salon and Spa. I was not going back to her.
