She did real good job on my hair . best hair cut i have had in a long time . had not been there before .
Was in bout 7 pm. When I arrived one stylist outside sitting on sidewalk. After bout 7 minutes she came in walked to back them to shampoo area and messed around then swept up hair around her chair then decided to cut my hair. Her name was Katie. I do like my hair cut. When I was leaving there was 2 or 3 people waiting and the other stylist said "I'm taking my break". If I had been one of those people I would have walked out. Where is customer service? They must be paid by the hour and not on commission!
Went in yesterday around 4pm to have my hair highlighted and at first since it was a Sunday and they close at 6pm she was just going to have me come back, but then she told me that she would do it and it was a little after 6 and she did such an amazing job and was very polite and helpful with everything until I was done and made sure I had the right hair products, I thanked her for everything she did she was outstanding, I will definitely be going back here for sure! Thank you so much Kristen Shouse!!
I was told it was walk ins no appointment. I set waiting my turn a man walked in he went next. The thing that took him was very rude and disrespectful. I will never return.
