Nicole is the most unprofessional stylist I have ever met. Her personal life interferes with her ability to show up on time and keep appointments. The client should not have to verify that she’s actually at work after scheduling an appointment with her. With Nicole as only one of two stylists, the Newtown Rd location has gone down the toilet. Don’t waste your time and money there. Do yourself a favor and go some place else.
