Tried to check in online. Had a 0 min wait listed so I headed straight over. I get there and they tell me it's going to be over an hour wait because there is only 1 girl working. The girl I talked to was a little snippy and rude. She said she was already 20 min late leaving and she DEFINITELY wasn't staying. I totally understand there can be variances in wait times on the website, but an hour difference is ridiculous (& scheduling more than 1 stylist is really necessary). She could have handled the situation so much better. ... read more
