Kim did an excellent job handling my hair color needs. So sad to hear she is retiring... however, BEST OF LUCK in your future endeavors!

Very disappointing. Been here before but this time around was not good at all. I feel that Kim just does what she wants to do and doesn’t pay attention to what you want as the customer. Bad customer service will not be going back to her.again.
