Its been a while... Its been a while ago that I went here, about 2 years ago but I walked in with middle of the back hair and asked for a trim on the ends. She proceeded to cut approximately 4 inches off from my hair. I was NOT a happy person. She was rude to begin with. I have went to Fantastic Sams for years now but wanted to try something new, bad idea. While the two chains are simular the cuts are not and the employees are not!! I would not recommened anyone
