Felicia was amazing with my little 15 month old boy...he was struggling and she did the best she could without chopping an ear off lol. other lady i did not catch her name did my daughter's hair...banhs ended up too short and uneven cut in the back...seemed kind of annoyed and unsocialable to have to deal with my well mannered 3 yr old. will go back to felicia for both next time for sure
