Normally, I don't prefer to write reviews like this. I went in to get my split ends trimmed, undercut refreshed and slightly shorten my curtain bangs to "blend and have balance". I was seen quickly, however, feel like they rushed my cut even though I was the only person there at the time. I wasn't shown the length of hair being trimmed off my ends.
