Stylist was great with both my kids. Clean and helpful. Good value
Lousy customer service. I waited there for well over an hour and a half to have my hair colored and trimmed. She didn't bother to ask what I was doing WITH/TO my hair when I came in, no, instead I waited. When my turn came, I told her at 6:15 P.M. that I wanted it trimmed and dyed. Not enough time to do it. She could have told me that over an hour ago and I could have gone elsewhere. I'm never going back and I'll make sure my family doesn't go either.
They need more people to help this lady. I been here 20 mins waiting. She is the only one here. Me plus 1 other. Need more people.
