Staff really friendly
Emma was so friendly and got the cuts spot on! Able to fit us in and appreciate the great customer service.
I was helped by Emma and she did awesome! We had a nice conversation, but it was not forced. I think she took the perfect amount off my hair.
Emma, our hair stylist, is excellent. She greeted us with a smile, listened carefully as to how we wanted our hair trimmed and she did it to perfection. She even offered a hot towel for my sweetheart after finishing his haircut---going the extra mile in her customer service. She also gave us her business card--- Emma is a keeper and we are looking forward to seeing her again next month 😄.
