Isia i believe was her name. She was sooo good i went in looking like a bridge troll and now im the bell of the ball baby. Told her "I don't have a hair style it's just long." She tole me no problem. Bam looking. Good.
Horrible haircut. Layers are chopped chunks. Cut off more by an inch when I said I was growing it out and said I just needed a trim and layers cleaned up. She walked away while I was explaining what I want. She never even touched my hair before spraying it with water. She then tried to comb through wet hair. When she sees that my hair is ripping and breaking she said i had bad knots and kept going. Im so angry 😠
