Awesome company very nice crew highly recommend
Awesome company. I needed a whole new AC unit. They were upfront and honest, and also the most affordable of all the companies we called. Unlike the larger companies, these guys didn't try to play salesman and are very honest about what needs and doesn't need to be done. Our home blows nice, fresh and subarctic air again Don't go anywhere else, let these guys do you right!
Shout out to Micah. He was very thorough, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. I reached out to Supercool about 3 weeks ago because my AC unit was not working. I did not schedule an appointment as this was an unexpected event. Micah was able to work me in the same day called and , did a great job of locating what the issue was. The part I needed was not in stock which prevented Micah frocompletinged the job that day. He got on the phone with manufacturers to see when the part would be available. They were able to come out quickly, were honest and open about what was going on and had my ac fixed in no time. Highly recommend them.
