Supercool Service was great!! Micah and his team were absolutely awesome!! They went over and above for us and did a complete HVAC install in one day!! Hard, conscientious workers. They respected our home when they were in and out, always shook and cleaned there boots and shoes off so they didn't track dirt into our home. Excellent communication and shows up when Micah says they will. I would highly recommend this company if you need HVAC work of any kind., you will not be disappointed!! Thanks so much Micah and team!!!
Micah comes anytime we call him. We love that. He’s reliable and REASONABLE. If anything is wrong with your AC and/or heat he’s going to get you right.
I called SuperCool for a 2nd opinion on the type of system needed in a newly purchased home. Mr. Micah is awesome! He helped me with advice for an existing problem with my HVAC for no charge. He later serviced our home quickly and affordable. His staff was kind and courteous as well. So glad excellent customer service still exists!
Great communicator and very fast responses …told me all the options for the issue I was having and even encouraged me to get a second opinion on replacement of the entire unit. Pricing was very fair and the installation was quick, clean, and professional. 10/10 would recommend or use again!! Although hopefully won’t need to for a while! Whole team went above and beyond.
