How about offering subscribers a bonus after 3 consecutive months of subscription in the form of upgrading their wash to the "works" that includes all the features as a reward for loyal customers? Ok, i finally got answer back from Shane at SuperClean. Evidently, this company aggressivily surveys customers but when you ask them to do someting reasonable they refuse.
