I am very very disappointed with this company and their lack of responsibility. Please beware if you are storing your items with them. I had 4 units stored for 18 months. One unit somehow was water affected with many items permanently damaged by mould having to be thrown away.The other three modules were unaffected.The cost to replace these items was several thousand dollars. Be aware!!! The storage units get mouldy! We raised the issue with the company over 5 weeks ago and have not been offered any solutions. Our goods have been damaged by mildew, caused by the wood used in the unit and the rude workers have also damaged our belongings (TV, bin, stools)during transport (no apologies or compensation as yet whatsoever). Hidden costs since day one, false advertisement and rude customer service by the manager and some of the other employees. Do not waste your money and time on this company!
