Very disappointed with the customer service at this store. I’ve spent a significant amount of money here over the past few years, so I expected at least a basic level of respect and support when dealing with staff. Unfortunately, the store manager John was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. His attitude was dismissive and came across as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the store exists.
