Made an order online, parts available for pickup. Arrived at store, items not present. After many calls over 3 weeks they said that items will arrive soon. After a few more calls, they say that items will never arrive. Terrible service for items marked as IN STOCK. After being told the items will never be available, I get a notification indicating my order is ready for pickup. Then when calling the store they say the email and message is an error. Went around 8:45am and there was only one staff present in the whole store. I definitely think a second was needed since there was a lot to handle for a single person. William did a great job either way. He was helpful and directed me to the right thing quickly when looking for a battery replacement.
Store manager Daniel quickly helped me find the exact part I needed to replace after my headlight went out and fitted the part for me. Very professional and great service.
