In previous years in going here staff weren't happy, friendly or approachable so we went to other stores and got a much better service. My recent visit the staff were friendly helpful and approachable with giving information of where to find the products I was looking for. Got windscreen wipers fitted found they were the wrong ones so off we changed them fod another pair they fitted and I got some money back. Store clean and tidy.
Good store helpful staff
Very impressive with my experience today. I was approached by a staff member instead of having to find someone in store. She was excellent and was able to show me to the product I was looking for. She was able to give me knowledge about the product and which one would be best for me. Checkout was also quick and loyalty sigh up was easy. The staff member was able to inform benefits of sign up without talking up too much time.
Great service. Needed new wiper blades. They sorted which ones we needed and fitted them for us.
