Customer service from Narelle is atrocious. If you’re going be in customer service you should customer serve and be helpful to your customers - I’m sure this won’t be the first complaint nor the last if she keeps behaving the way she does.
My go to spot for car related products. I made a return, no issues or questions asked. Staff are happy to order products of not on the shelves. (Rarely).
