Staff are always helpful and go out of their way to help you.
Went into the Carrum Downs store last Monday. I asked a member of staff for some help and they told me that they will be with me after they have swept the floor (nothing but dust was on the floor)!!! When he eventually came over to help, he had zero product knowledge. When I described what I wanted, what they are used for and what they look like, he still had to google to see what I needed!!!!
