Dane is amazing! He’s so helpful and friendly, and he knew the second I walked into the store that I needed help, and I didn’t have to do a thing. He genuinely made my dreaded task of getting new wipers an enjoyable one! Thanks so much, Dane.
5 staff behind the counter talking at the check out, not a care in the world until I interrupted finally. Guy then split off from the group pointing to the far till to approach. When handing him my item to our chase he asked me if i’d like to become a member. I responded with a ‘no thank you’ and he hit me back with this doozie ‘I must have enough money if I didn’t want to join’ amongst the not so funny exchange of banter. It may be a Sunday, but positive that’s not the customer experience or humor i’m looking for.
