Just want to give a shoutout to Rami at Supercheap Alexandria who went above and beyond to get me a special order in item that subsequently went out of stock at the supplier and removed from the Supercheap website. Normally a refund would of been the easy option, but the item I ordered was at a great price and Rami understood and worked his magic to somehow get a hold of the item I was after. Had two unreasonable experiences here both with the same staff member....first time i went to buy some scuff polish as i had a minor rub on my NEW Ford Transit...the guy recommended strong acetone spray......hummmmm...it buffed out with a polish.....today i went in to get some brake and accelerator lever covers,,,,found a set that supposedly fitted my transit online. Went in to get them ....the brake pedal in the transit is 80mm the one in the pack must be close to 200mm wide which would interfere with the accelerator Wildca... read more
