I have scheduled equipment pickup on three different dates. U had no show, no call with the exception of the driver calling once when he had already returned to the shop. This is very unprofessional and they have wasted my time. Very unhappy and dissatisfied.

I absolutely would NOT recommend this company after they left a person with congestive heart failure without oxygen all day, since 9 am, only to be told as they were closing at 5:30 pm that they could not help us today.... We should have called an ambulance instead of them. The people who take the calls do their best but the people delivering, forget it!!

Don't want to give them even one star . Horrible customer service refused to pick up equipment without a doctor's release, then went to wrong address. Didn't bother to call the phone number they had, just left. Horrible horrible horrible, would never recommend.
