I wouldn’t use them if I had a choice. Twice I’ve called to order a filter and they’ve sent me the wrong thing. The hold times for the phone take forever and the people on the chat don’t really help and they just say to call anyway. When I called to tell them they sent me the wrong thing they ask me to describe what the filter looks like or send a picture. It’s crazy to me that they don’t know what filter he needs already.

I hated dealing with this company. The wait on the phone is forever, and I had multiple problems with the machine. I gave up and wanted to return the machine. They said they would call me to come pick it up but didn't. I had to keep calling everyday to find out when they would call me and pick it up. They said they had made multiple calls and left messages, but my cell phone showed no missed calls or messages from them. This company is a disaster. Totally inefficient, poor customer service, terrible communication. Don't use their products. I returned their machine after 90 frustrating days.

If you value your sanity, don't do business with this company. Trying to get phone support might make you give up the will to live.
