They have no customer care. I was refused a supervisor. They have told me a million different things and they don’t even have correct address for my dad’s equipment to be delivered. For 6 days now I have requested a supervisor call back to clarify the issue and they do not call back. Just offshore customer service people giving me incorrect information. They are charging insurance in the meantime. This company is beyond irresponsible. I will be contacting Medicare to file a formal complaint. They don’t care about patient car... read more
Employees were unable to resolve my issue at location. Had to call many different departments and issue is still unrosolved.
Renee was very professional! Appointment right on time, helpful and set me up with my CPAP - just as promised. In addition - the follow up was outstanding. Exceeded expectation :-)
Gerald always going above and beyond when it comes to my son’s equipment or answering any questions we might have. He’s been with us since my son left the hospital back in Oct. 2023. Thank you Gerald for always helping us out.
