Absolutely atrocious business, a total scam. Phones never properly work, workers are a third party it seems that dont know anything. Equipment delivery was delayed almost a week. This is the type of business that ruins healthcare in the state. All about getting paid, not about serving its patients. Avoid them at allllll costs.

Dealing with this company has been terrible. My mom's doctor put in an order for medical supplies for post surgery care. On 7/15, they called her phone and mine a total of 12 times in 1 hour. When I was able to respond, they kept me on hold for 40 minutes while double checking my address and phone number - that they had already confirmed 3 times.
