While traveling I forgot the power cord for my Cpap, I called around to multiple local suppliers and nobody could help me. I called Super Care Health and while on hold I just decided to drive there. I was met by a very helpful and friendly woman who loaned me a power cord for 2 nights, she didn’t take my number, a deposit or anything, she simply shook my hand and said “I understand, please bring it back on your way out of town.” This was such a profoundly positive experience and I am so grateful to be able to sleep well for ... read more
This is the worse provider of health care equipment. We have ventilators through them and over the past 4 years have had terrible service. They are disorganized understaffed don’t know what each other department does. They call us yo schedule 4 hour windows for visits with no shows and no contact. This happened 3 times They don’t follow up. They have errors in supplies that they send. It’s been a bad experience all around.
SuperCare Health provided home oxygen for my mom. Juan was very professional, prompt, friendly, and informative. Highly recommend this company!
BEWARE of this company's billing and accounting practices!! Credits do not show up on bills, records of what was submitted to insurance do not match the insurance statements. They have pulled this on us repeatedly and from now on we will use ANY other service. If there was a minus one star - that's what we would give.
